Hi, I’m Daniel Krutkiewicz
With an undergraduate degree in History from Queens University, I have learned the importance of, and the ability to, research and communicate innovative ideas. My enrolment in the Digital Marketing Management program at George Brown College has allowed me to use these skills and continue my scholastic pursuits. I represented George Brown at the Ontario Student Colleges Marketing Competition in November 2023, wherein I finished in first place in the Advanced Marketing Strategy category. This experience demonstrated my ability to successfully present and apply marketing concepts effectively to solve problems for potential clients.
In my role as an independent content creator with seven years of full-time experience, I have utilized social media to curate growth across Twitter (now X) and YouTube resulting in a strong personal brand with over 300,000 subscribers and 64 million video views. My unique experience with multimedia platforms would be an asset for Critical Mass. Through the process of idea generation, content creation and community management across 600 individual videos, I have learned that success can be summarized effectively by the phrase “Have a Good Hook and Tell an Effective Story”. In marketing, I believe the same concept applies in sharing and applying Critical Mass’s strategy of creative storytelling and the creation of digital experiences for your clients now and in the future.
